Nasco Construction Services Inc. is a construction management and cost consulting firm that specializes in preparing cost estimates for all design and construction disciplines as well as other construction management services including project supervision. We have over 40 years of estimating experience in all areas of construction including renovation, rehabilitation, and new construction. Nasco regularly estimates over 200 projects per year, covering a wide variety of building and heavy construction types.

We have been in operation since 1966 during which time we have had extensive estimating experience in virtually all phases of Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Vertical Transportation, and Hazardous Materials.

Because of our construction management work we are able to translate our market place experience into accurate reliable cost estimates.

We are completely computerized utilizing various computer software including Primavera, Math Tools, Pay Dirt and Excel.
